We are a family owned and operated business. Ordering Options

 Online
Certainly the most favored, and fastest method of ordering your product is via our online store.  Our shopping cart system will provide you information about all available inventory.  If you see an item that is not in stock, send us an email, or call us and we will promptly order it for you.  Generally back orders and special orders take 1-2 weeks to be shipped from the supplier.

Shopping In Person in our Showroom

Another favored option for our costumers has been to visit our Showroom at 29 Joanith Dr., Toronto, Ont.  M4B 1S6.  Arrange a visit today by calling (416) 939-3785. If you don't get us directly, all msgs will be returned within the next business day. Feel free to purchase any product we carry directly from our Showroom, or just pick up your online order and cut the cost of shipping.

If for any reason the above options are unavailable, we will process orders via e-mail.  Send us details of the items you wish to order and we will calculate the costs for you (including shipping cost) and send you a response of the total via the e-mail address you provided.  At that point we will contact you to inquire about preferred method of payment (which credit card you wish to use). 

 Payments

We accept Paypal, credit cards and money orders (Canadian funds). You do not need a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. All you need is your credit card.

We also accept debit card payments via e-mail.  You need to arrange this with us over the phone so we can let you know to what account to send the money.

We will accept any of the gift certificates that have been purchased in our store.

Just email us with the gift certificate details (# and amount).

 Pricing/Taxes

The product prices are in Canadian Dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. All products are subject to GST of 5% for all Canadian Provinces, except Ontario to which PST of 8% is also added.  Some items like cloth diapers are PST exempt.  In this case your order (when received) will be recalculated to remove PST from those items, and an invoce resent to you.  Taxes do not apply to gift certificates or orders sent to the US. US customers are responsible for all duty and taxes encountered at customs.

 

Returns Exchanges and Cancelled Orders

Our goal is to offer you the best possible products on the market.  We have personally used most of the products we carry, and stand behind their quality. However, we understand that for whatever reason you may be dissatisfied with the product, or may have changed your mind about the purchase.  Therefore, we will accept exchange or refund of products within 15 days of original purchase, however the product must be unused and unwashed.

Please do not just ship us the product back.  Contact us prior to this in order to arrange for return of payment. Products may NOT be accepted if just shipped back prior to direct contact with us.  All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement items will only be sent out once we receive your returned product. If you would like the replacement item to be sent right away, we will bill you for it and credit your account once we receive your returned product. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchange for products that have been special ordered for a customer unless these are defective. This is especially true for colors and sizes that we do not normally stock (i.e. xx-large sizes).

If your product is defective

Some products......mainly some cloth diapers have Warranties on the velcro or snaps used. We will inform you of the manufacturer's warranty on your product after you contact us.

Normal wear and tear such as repelling fleece and diaper leaks due to laundering problems is not considered a defect and will not be covered under manufacturer's warranty. Sizing charts do not guarantee a good fit for every child therefore improper fit is not considered a defect. We recommend you try the diaper on your child before washing or using it. If the product is unwashed and unused, it may be returned as per our return policy (upon authorization only). If you have any questions on product defects, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it online

DO SO IMMEDIATELY.  We often fill orders and ship items the same day.  Once your order has been shipped you are responsible for payment.

Sale Items

All purchases on sale items are final.  No returns or exchanges.
