Within Canada
We offer FREE shipping on all Canadian orders over $150.00 before taxes.
All available products will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your payment, although we try to fill the order and ship the same day. This means you may have your package within 1-3 days, depending on the speed of the postal service.
We ship all of your orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Your order is insured for $100.00 with this method, and a tracking # is provided. You can check the status of your order by going into our "Order Tracking" menu and punching in the tracking #.

If you wish for your package to be shipped via a different provider, or the insurance on your package increased, please contact us and we will arrange it for you.
We reuse boxes:
Please don’t be offended if your shipment arrives in a reused box. We strongly believe in reusing cardboard in order to alleviate our environmental footprint. Many boxes cross our path during the day to day running of our store; it just hurts us to throw it in the trash. If you wish for your product to be shipped in a completely unmarked box, we can definitely do that. Just send us an email. Thanks.
Taxes
All orders shipped within Canada will be subject to 5% GST. Orders shipped within Ontario may also be subject to 8% PST. Some baby items in Ontario are PST exempt such as cloth diapers and diaper covers.
Local Pick Up
You are welcome to contact us and arrange a pick up time of your order in our Showroom (29 Joanith Dr.) Toronto, Ont. M4B 1S6 this way completely eliminating your shipping costs.
US shipping
All available products will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of your payment, although we try to fill the order and ship the same day. Orders will arrive within 2-10 business days, depending on the speed of the post office. Please note customs may also delay your shipment for as long as a few weeks. Customers living in the US are responsible for any duty costs and taxes incurred at customs.
